Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan
On December 17, 2021, Quvvatzoda Foteh Juma was elected as a Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan by the National Assembly (Majlisi milli) of the Supreme Assembly (Majlisi Oli) of the Republic of Tajikistan on the proposal of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Quvvatzoda Foteh was born in an intellectual family on October 29, 1979 in the district of Komsomolabad, now known as Nurabad.
In 1997, he graduated from the general education school number 1 of before-mentioned district with good grades and exemplary behavior.
In 2002, he graduated from the College of Engineering and Education of Tajikistan, majoring in law, with an honors diploma, and in 2007, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of the National University of Tajikistan with a degree in law, crediting good and excellent grades.
He started his career in 1997 as a
- typist’s assistant at the Nurabad District Publishing Union, and from 2002 to 2006, he was the deputy director of the Nurabad District Educational Institute, at the same time a teacher of history and law;
- from 2006 to 2009 in the position of the secretary of the judicial assembly of Nurabad district court;
- from 2009 to 2013 in the position of senior bailiff in Nurabad district court;
- from June 2013 to June 2014 as an intern-judge at the Council of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan;
- from February 2015 to December 2021, he worked as a judge of the Tojikobod district court.
He is the author of more than 50 articles on law and public policy.
Married and has 5 children.
