The judge of the Constitutional Courtof the Republic of Tajikistan
Was born on the 20 of November 1981 in A. Jomi region, the Republic of Tadjikistan.
The nationality – Tajik, high education, in 2003 graduated from law faculty of Tajik state national university and in 2010 Institute of Qualifications Development of state services of the Republic of Tajikistan. Lawyer by profession, state management.
In 2004-2009 – main specialist of the legal department of the Administration of Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the main specialist of the department on provision of constitutional bases, rights and liberties of human and legality of the Device of Majilisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2009 – 2010 magistrant of Institute of Qualifications Development of state serving Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2010 on 2015 worked as the head of the Device of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistana.
The Candidate of the legal sciences. The State adviser to first-class justice.
Since April 2015 on present time is the judge of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Tajikistan
