Dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan

On September 6, 2022, a solemn gathering dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan was held at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.

             Honorable Ashurzoda Abdulhafiz, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, opened the ceremonial meeting and congratulated the compatriots and employees of the court on this auspicious day.

The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Ashurzoda Abdulhafiz, noted that today we are blessed with the fact that 31 years ago, on the basis of the Declaration of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan on September 9, 1991, the State Independence Day of the Republic of Tajikistan was officially declared, and the further development of our sovereign and democratic state , which is expressed in the unity and sovereignty of the state power within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and its sovereignty in foreign relations, was determined.

The philosophy, theory and practice of statehood of independent Tajikistan was recognized in the modern world and found its worthy position, which is considered the greatest achievement of our nation at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century.

This great achievement of the Tajik people really created a favorable environment for the progress of all areas of the country’s life in the way of state building and new statehood.

Judges of the Constitutional Court Abdurahimzoda D. R., Sharifzoda A.N., Jamshedzoda J.N., Khuvatzoda F. J. and staff members made presentations on State Independence Day, its importance and value.

At the end of the speech, the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Honorable Ashurzoda A., once again congratulated the honorable people of Tajikistan on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of our beloved motherland, dear Tajikistan, and wished each of them health and pride, and progress and prosperity for our beloved motherland.
