Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan
Jamshedzoda Jamshed Nazarsho was elected as a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Tajikistan on July 11, 2019.
Jamshed Jamshedzoda was born on November 18, 1973 in the village of Shod, Roshtkala district, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. He has a high education, graduated from the Tajik National University with a degree in jurisprudence in 2000.
He began his career in 2000 as a junior researcher at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, and until 2017 worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, scientific secretary of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, scientific secretary of the Institute of philosophy, political science and law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, Acting Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of TNU.
From 2017 to July 10, 2019, he continued his career as Vice-Rector for Science, Innovation and International Relations of the Institute of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
From 2011 to 2019, he was a member of the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums of the Republic of Tajikistan.
PhD in Law.
He defended his Ph.D. thesis on the topic: “Public Service of the Republic of Tajikistan (constitutional and legal aspect)” in the Dissertation Council D.002.002.02 of the Institute of State and Law of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2011.
In 2016 he was awarded the state award “Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
