The Constitutional Court, in spite of this, revealed a number of shortcomings in the organizational framework for compulsory insurance of the occupational pension envisaged by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Compulsory Pensions Insurance”, which should have been eliminated from the moment the law was enacted before January 1, 2017.
Taking into account the above circumstances, the Constitutional Court considered it necessary that the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Social Insurance Agency and pensions take urgent measures to eliminate the problems associated with the implementation of compulsory pension insurance and the mechanism for implementing the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Mandatory Professional Pension Insurance”.

With the exception of applications from individuals and legal entities, the Constitutional Court also received 1887 different documents, including 930 regulatory legal acts; 306 letters from various state and public bodies; 651 letter by e-mail, including 90 letters from the bodies of constitutional supervision of foreign states.
The execution of acts and documents of an executive nature was secured on time, and according to their results, the relevant letters were sent to the addressees.
The Constitutional Court also sent 676 letters on various issues (511 letters, 165 letters and relevant documents via e-mail) to other central, local and similar security of constitutional control of foreign countries.
